Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend warehouse operations to ensure timely order fulfillment and inventory accuracy
- Manage and mentor a team of 8-10 weekend staff members, including scheduling and performance reviews
- Coordinate with weekday managers to ensure seamless transition of operations and handover processes
- Implement and maintain safety protocols and compliance standards during weekend shifts
- Analyze operational metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve operational issues promptly
- Prepare comprehensive weekend activity reports for senior leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Operations Management preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in operations or logistics management
- Proven track record of leading teams in 24/7 or weekend-heavy environments
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in inventory management systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and decision-making under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
