Responsibilities
- Manage all weekend store operations including opening/closing procedures and inventory oversight
- Lead and develop a team of 10-15 weekend associates through coaching and performance management
- Execute strategic sales initiatives and promotional campaigns during peak weekend traffic
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, loss prevention protocols, and company policies
- Analyze weekend performance metrics to identify optimization opportunities
- Coordinate with weekday management team for seamless operational handoffs
- Implement visual merchandising standards to enhance weekend customer experience
Qualifications
- 3+ years retail management experience with weekend/holiday scheduling background
- Proven track record of driving sales and exceeding KPIs in high-volume environments
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate teams during weekend rushes
- Proficient in inventory management systems and point-of-sale technology
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills
- Valid Illinois driver's license and reliable transportation
- Availability to work exclusively Saturdays and Sundays (8 AM - 8 PM)
