- Oversee all weekend warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Coordinate 15-person weekend staff through scheduling, training, and performance management
- Implement and optimize safety protocols and efficiency standards
- Generate weekly performance reports and operational analytics
- Collaborate with weekday managers for seamless transition of processes
- Resolve operational escalations and ensure service level compliance
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse or logistics management experience
- Strong leadership background with team management expertise
- Proficiency in inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Weekend availability mandatory (Saturday/Sunday 6AM-6PM)
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license required
