- Lead 15-person weekend operations team across fulfillment, logistics, and customer service departments
- Optimize weekend workflows to achieve 99.8% on-time delivery and 95% customer satisfaction targets
- Implement inventory management systems reducing weekend discrepancies by 40%
- Develop weekend staff through targeted training and performance coaching
- Coordinate cross-functional weekend projects with weekday leadership teams

Qualifications
- 5+ years in operations/supply chain management with weekend shift experience
