Responsibilities
- Oversee Weekend Operations: Manage all daily logistics, inventory, and warehouse activities during weekend shifts to ensure 100% efficiency.
- Team Leadership: Supervise a small team of warehouse associates, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
- Quality Assurance: Implement and monitor safety protocols and quality control measures to maintain high standards.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies to prevent loss.
- Customer Satisfaction: Coordinate with the front-office team to address any weekend service inquiries or urgent requests.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or operations management.
- Availability: Must be available to work every weekend (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating shift schedule.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; basic knowledge of inventory management software.
- Attributes: Strong communication skills, ability to work independently, and a commitment to workplace safety.
