Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily warehouse and logistics operations during weekend shifts.
- Manage, supervise, and mentor a team of 5-10 employees to ensure high productivity and morale.
- Monitor inventory levels and conduct accurate stock reconciliation weekly.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and conduct daily safety briefings.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the weekday management team to ensure seamless shift handovers.
- Optimize workflow processes to reduce downtime and increase throughput.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations, logistics, or warehouse management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work flexible weekend schedules, including Saturdays and Sundays.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management software.
