Responsibilities
- Store Operations: Oversee daily store functions during weekend shifts, ensuring the facility is organized, clean, and fully operational.
- Customer Experience: Deliver exceptional service by greeting customers, answering inquiries, and resolving issues with professionalism and speed.
- Inventory Management: Assist with inventory counts, stock replenishment, and the processing of incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and guide a small team of part-time staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Sales & Promotion: Drive weekend sales goals by actively promoting current promotions and up-selling products to customers.
- Security & Compliance: Adhere to all company policies, safety regulations, and loss prevention protocols to protect company assets.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail, warehouse operations, or customer service.
- Schedule Availability: Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays consistently on a full-time basis.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse customer bases.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and maneuver around the sales floor efficiently.
- Reliability: A strong track record of punctuality and dependability is essential.
