Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily warehouse operations and logistics activities during weekend shifts.
- Supervise a team of warehouse associates to ensure productivity targets are met.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment to prevent shortages.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and compliance standards to maintain a secure work environment.
- Manage quality control procedures and resolve operational issues efficiently.
- Train new staff and conduct performance reviews for weekend teams.
- Collaborate with the weekday management team to ensure seamless handover of operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Logistics or Business preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain management.
- Previous supervisory or team lead experience is strongly preferred.
- Forklift certification and ability to operate warehouse equipment safely.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with availability for occasional overtime.
