Responsibilities
- Supplement 15-20 weekend staff members, scheduling and performance management
- Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments using WMS systems
- Implement safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Analyze operational metrics to optimize weekend workflows
- Collaborate with weekday managers for seamless handovers
- Resolve escalated customer inquiries and vendor issues
- Conduct weekly inventory audits and cycle counts
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business Management
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- Strong proficiency with WMS software (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan)
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal weekday supervision
- Valid Tennessee driver's license required
