Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all weekend warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Manage a team of 5-10 employees, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the procurement team to prevent stockouts.
- Ensure strict adherence to all safety regulations, OSHA standards, and company policies.
- Resolve customer complaints and operational issues in real-time to maintain high service levels.
- Prepare daily reports on operational performance and productivity metrics.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and morale.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associateās degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse management, logistics, or operations.
- Proven ability to lead a team effectively and handle high-pressure situations.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and warehouse management software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required.
- Valid forklift certification is a plus.
