Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor the weekend shift team, ensuring all staff adhere to company policies and safety protocols.
- Operations Oversight: Manage daily logistics, inventory management, and stock replenishment to prevent downtime.
- Customer Service: Act as the primary point of contact for weekend inquiries, resolving issues efficiently and maintaining high service standards.
- Reporting: Generate and review weekend performance reports, identifying trends and areas for operational improvement.

Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours on weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
