Responsibilities
- Oversee all weekend operational activities across 3 fulfillment centers
- Coordinate 20+ weekend staff shifts and real-time workflow adjustments
- Implement process improvements to boost weekend productivity by 15%
- Resolve escalated customer issues and maintain service excellence
- Generate weekend performance reports and strategic recommendations
- Ensure full compliance with safety and security protocols
- Collaborate with weekday managers for seamless handovers
Qualifications
- 3+ years in operations management or logistics leadership
- Proven experience managing weekend/holiday-heavy operations
- Strong proficiency in WMS and inventory management systems
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean record
- Ability to work flexible weekend hours (Fri-Sun)
- Lean Six Sigma or PMP certification preferred
