Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily operations and logistics activities during weekend shifts to ensure timely delivery and service excellence.
- Manage a team of local staff, providing clear instructions, mentorship, and performance feedback.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the main office to resolve supply chain issues immediately.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and company policies at all times.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, resolving issues on-site when possible.
- Analyze weekend performance data to identify trends and implement process improvements.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in operations management or logistics, preferably within a local or retail environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team during high-pressure weekend shifts.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (required for local travel within NYC).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Availability to work Saturday and Sunday (Full-time commitment).
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business or Logistics is a plus.
