Core Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all warehouse activities during weekend shifts to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Monitor inventory levels, oversee stock replenishment, and conduct regular cycle counts.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and company policies to maintain a secure work environment.
- Lead and mentor a team of warehouse associates, providing clear instructions and feedback.
- Review shipping and receiving logs to identify and resolve discrepancies immediately.
- Coordinate with the weekend support staff to ensure seamless handover of operations on Monday mornings.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize workflow and reduce operational costs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Supply Chain or Logistics preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics management.
- Proven track record of leading teams in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and WMS software.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make quick, data-driven decisions.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to operate forklifts and pallet jacks.
