Responsibilities
- Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics and warehouse operations during weekend shifts
- Manage inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records using WMS systems
- Oversee weekend vendor deliveries and ensure timely processing
- Resolve operational issues and escalate complex challenges to weekday supervisors
- Prepare daily shift reports and operational documentation
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company standards
- Train and mentor new weekend team members as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in logistics, warehousing, or operations
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid North Carolina driver's license (for occasional equipment operation)
- Availability to work Saturday and Sunday shifts (6:00 AM - 6:00 PM)
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain
- Experience with inventory management software preferred
