As a Weekend Operations Specialist, you'll be the backbone of our weekend operations, ensuring seamless service continuity while our weekday teams recharge. This position requires weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday) with potential for weekday flexibility during peak periods.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and coordinate all weekend operational activities across multiple service lines
- Respond to urgent escalations with decisive problem-solving within SLA targets
- Lead cross-functional weekend team huddles to align priorities and resource allocation
- Generate and analyze weekend performance reports for leadership review
- Maintain critical infrastructure and systems during low-traffic periods
- Collaborate with weekday teams for seamless transition and handover protocols
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for weekend operations efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in operations, logistics, or customer service leadership
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision in high-pressure scenarios
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and operational management software
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for cross-departmental coordination
- Valid driver's license with clean record (occasional site visits required)
- Flexibility to work weekends with potential weekday coverage during critical periods
- Ability to obtain and maintain required security clearances
