Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end logistics operations during weekend shifts to ensure seamless delivery fulfillment
- Monitor inventory levels and execute replenishment protocols for high-velocity distribution centers
- Lead cross-functional teams of warehouse associates to achieve daily performance KPIs
- Implement quality control measures for outbound shipments and compliance documentation
- Optimize weekend workflows through data-driven process improvements
- Act as primary escalation point for operational issues during off-peak hours
- Maintain accurate records in WMS and ERP systems with real-time reporting
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in logistics, warehousing, or operations management
- Proven ability to lead teams in high-volume, time-sensitive environments
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to make autonomous decisions
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Flexibility to work Saturday/Sunday shifts with occasional holiday coverage
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
