Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily operations during weekend shifts to ensure maximum efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team of associates to deliver exceptional service.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage stock replenishment, and maintain visual merchandising standards.
- Handle complex customer inquiries and resolve escalations with a focus on de-escalation and retention.
- Analyze weekly performance metrics and implement strategies to improve operational KPIs.
- Collaborate with management to plan weekend events and promotional activities.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or operations management.
- Proven track record of leading teams and driving sales or service goals.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with staff and clients.
- Must be available to work weekends: Friday through Sunday, including holidays.
- Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
