Responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations during weekend shifts, including inventory management and visual merchandising
- Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Train and mentor weekend staff on product knowledge and operational procedures
- Execute promotional campaigns and sales strategies to meet weekend targets
- Maintain store cleanliness, safety standards, and compliance with company policies
- Collaborate with weekday teams to ensure consistent service standards
- Analyze weekend sales data and provide actionable insights for improvement
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of retail or customer service experience
- Proven ability to work independently and make sound decisions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work Saturday and Sunday shifts (8am-6pm)
- Basic proficiency with POS systems and inventory management software
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Valid driver's license (required for occasional supply runs)
