Responsibilities
- Execute daily store operations including inventory management and merchandising
- Deliver exceptional customer service through consultative selling and problem resolution
- Process transactions accurately using our POS system while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Collaborate with weekend team to maintain visual standards and store cleanliness
- Support inventory control processes including cycle counts and stock replenishment
- Address customer inquiries with product knowledge and solution-oriented approaches
- Participate in weekend staff meetings and training sessions
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service roles
- Strong weekend availability (mandatory Saturday/Sunday shifts)
