- Execute daily operational tasks including inventory management, stock replenishment, and store maintenance
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge assistance and checkout support
- Coordinate weekend staff scheduling and task delegation for peak-hour efficiency
- Implement visual merchandising standards to maintain premium store aesthetics
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining loss prevention protocols
- Train and mentor new weekend associates on company procedures
- Compile daily operational reports and escalate critical issues
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years retail or hospitality experience with weekend availability
- Proven ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Basic proficiency in POS systems and inventory management software
- Flexibility to work varying weekend shifts (6 AM - 10 PM)
- Valid California driver's license (if location requires travel)
