Responsibilities
- Oversee daily logistics operations and ensure all workflows are completed efficiently during weekend shifts.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the central office to prevent stock shortages or overstock situations.
- Supervise a small team of warehouse associates, providing clear instructions and ensuring safety compliance at all times.
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments, verifying accuracy of orders and ensuring proper documentation.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and address any maintenance issues or hazards immediately.
- Manage customer inquiries related to weekend deliveries and resolve any issues professionally.
- Prepare weekly reports on shift performance and operational metrics.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business or Logistics is a plus.
- Previous experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain management.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during weekend hours.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with inventory management software.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation is required.
