Responsibilities
- Execute seamless weekend store operations including inventory management and visual merchandising
- Deliver industry-leading customer service with product knowledge and solution-driven approaches
- Train and mentor new team members on brand standards and operational procedures
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Collaborate with weekday teams to ensure consistent service quality
- Analyze weekend sales data to identify improvement opportunities
- Uphold safety standards and loss prevention measures
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service roles
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport quickly
- Flexibility to work alternating Saturdays and Sundays (4:00 PM - 10:00 PM)
- Strong problem-solving abilities under pressure
- Basic proficiency with POS systems and inventory software
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework a plus
- Valid Colorado driver's license (for occasional off-site errands)
