Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all daily operations during weekend shifts to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Supervise a team of employees, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
- Ensure all safety protocols and company policies are strictly followed.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints with a professional and solution-oriented approach.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain teams for weekend restocking.
- Prepare and submit weekly operational reports to upper management.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming workspace for staff and customers.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations, logistics, or customer service.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a full-time basis.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks under pressure.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and inventory management software.
