Responsibilities
- Execute weekend operations protocols including system monitoring, incident response, and quality assurance checks
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (logistics, tech support, customer service) to ensure seamless weekend service delivery
- Generate and analyze weekend performance reports to identify optimization opportunities
- Train and mentor weekend staff on operational procedures and safety compliance
- Implement process improvements based on weekend operational data and customer feedback
- Manage weekend inventory and resource allocation across multiple service points
- Act as primary escalation point for weekend service disruptions and stakeholder communications
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years experience in weekend-focused operations or shift management
- Proficiency in scheduling software (e.g., Deputy, When I Work) and data analytics tools
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to make decisions under pressure
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for multi-site visits
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and inventory management
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during weekend shifts
- Flexibility to cover occasional weekday training or emergency situations
