Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend warehouse operations including inventory management and order fulfillment
- Oversee inbound/outbound logistics and maintain real-time tracking systems
- Lead cross-functional teams during weekend shifts to maintain productivity targets
- Implement and optimize safety protocols for weekend operations
- Analyze weekend performance metrics and report to senior management
- Train and mentor weekend staff on operational procedures
- Resolve logistical disruptions with minimal service impact
Qualifications
- 3+ years in logistics, warehouse management, or operations
- Proven experience leading teams in weekend/shift-based environments
- Proficiency in WMS/TMS software and inventory tracking systems
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to make rapid decisions
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
