Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, receive incoming shipments, and ensure accurate stock placement in the warehouse.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders efficiently to meet daily production targets.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and ensure high-quality standards are met before dispatch.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with shift leads and cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time weekend shifts (Friday, Saturday, Sunday).
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive motion tasks.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and strong attention to detail.
