Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse and retail operations to ensure 100% efficiency during weekend shifts.
- Manage inventory accuracy, stock replenishment, and merchandise display according to company standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service to shoppers and resolve escalated issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to coordinate shipments and outbound deliveries.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace at all times.
- Monitor operational metrics and report on performance to the regional manager.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent schedule.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with inventory management systems.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
