Responsibilities
- Manage weekend inventory levels and ensure accurate stock organization across all departments.
- Provide exceptional customer service to shoppers visiting our Oakland location.
- Assist in the setup, maintenance, and breakdown of weekend promotional displays.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and process transactions efficiently.
- Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and safe for all customers and staff.
- Collaborate closely with the weekday team to maintain seamless operational continuity.
- Monitor stock levels and communicate reordering needs to the management team.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in retail, logistics, or warehouse operations is preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) on a full-time basis.
- Strong attention to detail and superior organizational skills.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods during shifts.
- Reliable transportation to the Oakland facility.
