- Monitor system performance and report technical anomalies or operational bottlenecks.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in operations, logistics, or customer support.
- Ability to work full-time hours, specifically on weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and standard CRM software.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Must reside within or near the New Orleans, LA area.
