Responsibilities
- Oversee daily logistics and inventory management operations during weekend shifts.
- Ensure accurate data entry and record-keeping for all incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Collaborate with the Monday-Friday team to align weekend operations with weekly targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and vendors visiting the facility.
- Conduct quality assurance checks to maintain high operational standards.
- Maintain a safe and organized workspace in compliance with safety regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or customer service is a plus but not required.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management software.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a regular basis.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
