Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily logistics operations during weekend shifts to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff and inventory teams to streamline workflow and reduce bottlenecks.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in the reconciliation of stock discrepancies.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and regulatory compliance standards.
- Provide exceptional support to internal clients and external partners during peak weekend hours.
- Generate and review daily performance reports to identify areas for operational improvement.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations is a plus.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory software.
