Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all daily store operations during weekend shifts.
- Greet customers warmly and provide superior service to drive sales and satisfaction.
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising displays.
- Ensure the sales floor and fitting rooms are clean, organized, and fully stocked.
- Process transactions accurately at the point of sale system (POS).
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently to maintain brand reputation.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve weekend sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or hospitality is highly preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) consistently.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse customers.
- Reliable transportation and a proven track record of punctuality.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift items up to 25 lbs.
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Proficiency with basic computer systems and POS software.
