Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently during weekend shifts.
- Process incoming orders, returns, and exchanges with high accuracy.
- Collaborate with the weekday operations team to ensure seamless workflow continuity.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in physical stock organization as needed.

Qualifications
