Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend logistics for medical supply distribution across 12 Jacksonville-area facilities
- Manage inventory control systems and resolve supply chain discrepancies
- Lead a team of 4 weekend associates through daily operational tasks
- Process critical inventory orders using proprietary software systems
- Conduct quality assurance checks and maintain compliance protocols
- Communicate with healthcare providers to address urgent weekend needs
- Prepare weekly operational reports for leadership review
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years experience in logistics, warehousing, or healthcare operations
- Proficiency with inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong problem-solving skills under time-sensitive conditions
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (6:00 AM - 6:00 PM)
- Basic medical terminology knowledge required
