As a Weekend Operations Specialist, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring our customers receive top-tier service while maintaining efficient store operations. We value punctuality, professionalism, and a positive attitude.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations during peak weekend hours, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, providing recommendations and resolving issues with a smile.
- Restock shelves and displays to company visual merchandising standards.
- Process transactions accurately at the point of sale using our POS system.
- Perform opening and closing duties, including cash drops, security checks, and inventory counts.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace throughout your shift.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work exclusively on Saturdays and/or Sundays consistently.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous experience in retail, customer service, or logistics is preferred but not mandatory.
- Skills: Basic math skills for cash handling and strong communication abilities.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and walk throughout the facility.
