We are looking for a detail-oriented Weekend Operations Specialist to join our elite Los Angeles team. Responsibilities
- Oversee and execute daily logistics operations and inventory management on weekends.
- Process incoming orders and ensure accurate data entry into our proprietary tracking systems.
- Coordinate with the Monday-Friday operations team to resolve backlogged issues and maintain workflow continuity.
- Perform quality assurance audits on weekend shipments and service records.
- Assist in resolving customer inquiries and escalations with a focus on efficiency and accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse or office environment during shift hours.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associateās degree in Business or Logistics preferred.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or customer support preferred.
- Must be available to work a consistent weekend schedule (Saturday and Sunday).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook) and basic data entry.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driverās license and ability to lift up to 25 lbs is a plus.
