Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations and inventory management during weekend shifts to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Monitor and manage stock levels, conducting regular cycle counts and reconciling discrepancies.
- Ensure strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and company policies at all times.
- Train and mentor temporary staff or new hires to ensure peak performance and safety awareness.
- Coordinate with the main shift team to prepare and organize shipments for the upcoming week.
- Perform quality control checks on incoming and outgoing freight to minimize errors.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace for all team members.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; technical certification in logistics is a plus.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail is highly preferred.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
