Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend shift operations including inventory management and workflow coordination
- Lead cross-functional teams of 5-8 associates during peak weekend hours
- Implement safety protocols and ensure OSHA compliance across all activities
- Resolve operational escalations with decisive problem-solving skills
- Conduct pre-shift briefings and post-shift performance evaluations
- Optimize weekend resource allocation for maximum efficiency
- Maintain detailed digital records of shift activities and metrics
Qualifications
- 2+ years of supervisory experience in logistics, warehousing, or retail operations
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (6:00 AM - 6:00 PM)
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Proficient in inventory management systems (SAP/Oracle preferred)
- Strong conflict resolution and team leadership abilities
- Valid Nebraska driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
