Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations during weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday)
- Manage 8-10 member team including task delegation and performance coaching
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment activities
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Resolve operational issues efficiently using data-driven solutions
- Prepare shift reports and handover documentation
- Collaborate with weekday supervisors for seamless workflow continuity
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in logistics/warehouse operations
- Availability to work every weekend (Saturday/Sunday)
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Proficiency in inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong conflict resolution and team leadership skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Forklift certification preferred
