Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Assist with stocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and maintaining a clean, inviting store environment.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately, processing transactions and handling cash.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure store operations run smoothly during peak weekend hours.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally and efficiently.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with inventory audits as required.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use a handheld scanner.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
