Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service across sales floor, fitting rooms, and checkout areas
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment and markdown execution
- Maintain visual merchandising standards to ensure store presentation excellence
- Support store operations during high-volume weekend foot traffic
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets
- Adhere to all safety and compliance standards during operating hours
Qualifications
- Available to work Saturdays and Sundays (8-16 hours weekly)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with POS systems
- High school diploma or equivalent (students welcome)
- Reliable transportation to Manhattan locations
- Previous retail experience preferred but not required
