Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional attitude, ensuring a welcoming shopping experience.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Restock shelves, organize displays, and maintain a clean, safe, and visually appealing store environment.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in receiving new stock as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless store operations during peak weekend hours.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety guidelines, and loss prevention procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work weekends: Saturdays and Sundays required.
