What You Will Do
As a Weekend Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our store's high standards. Your primary focus will be on customer satisfaction and store operations during peak weekend hours.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with a smile to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately, processing transactions and handling cash with precision.
- Stock shelves and merchandise displays, ensuring products are organized and easily accessible.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in reporting discrepancies to management.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all customers and staff.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and operational targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
