Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional in-person customer service during weekend peak hours
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining security protocols
- Manage inventory and stock shelves efficiently during weekend operations
- Operate point-of-sale systems and handle cash/credit transactions
- Collaborate with weekend team to maintain store cleanliness and visual standards
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalations with professionalism
- Support weekend inventory counts and stock replenishment processes
Qualifications
- Must have availability for both Saturday and Sunday shifts (6am-6pm)
- Previous customer service or retail experience preferred
- Basic math and cash handling skills required
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods during weekend shifts
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Flexibility to work weekends with minimal weekday availability
- Valid California ID and reliable transportation to San Jose locations
