Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Operate cash registers and POS systems accurately, handling cash, credit, and digital payments.
- Stock shelves and organize merchandise to maintain a clean, appealing, and safe environment.
- Process returns and exchanges efficiently while adhering to company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily sales goals and operational targets.
- Perform light cleaning duties to uphold high standards of store presentation.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with flexibility for shifts ranging from morning to evening.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
