Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products and services they need.
- Operate cash registers and point-of-sale systems efficiently and accurately.
- Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and ensure the sales floor is clean and presentable at all times.
- Process returns and exchanges according to company policy.
- Monitor inventory levels and alert management when stock needs replenishment.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and team members.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior retail experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
