Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
- Stock shelves and maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, including security checks and cash handling.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve weekly sales goals and store targets.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages to management.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality.
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
