Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through in-person and digital channels
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and maintain organized records
- Support inventory management including stock counts and replenishment
- Collaborate with weekend team to maintain store cleanliness and safety standards
- Assist with promotional events and seasonal merchandising activities
- Resolve customer inquiries with professionalism and problem-solving skills

Qualifications
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM - 10 PM shifts)
- Previous customer service or retail experience preferred
