Responsibilities
- Customer Experience: Greet customers warmly, answer questions about products, and provide personalized assistance to ensure satisfaction.
- Point of Sale Operations: Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems, handling returns, exchanges, and payments.
- Store Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and managing inventory levels.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to coordinate tasks and ensure smooth daily operations.
- Merchandising: Assist in the setup of promotional displays and ensure pricing accuracy across the sales floor.
- Problem Resolution: Address customer concerns professionally and escalate issues to management when necessary.
Qualifications
- Schedule: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required; we value attitude over experience.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Reliability: Demonstrated punctuality and the ability to work scheduled shifts without notice.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and perform repetitive tasks.
